Massage Therapy is defined as the assessment and treatment of the soft tissues and joints of the body in order to decreases pain and discomfort, increase and/or maintain range of motion and flexibility, and support wellness. Some of the most common concerns massage therapy can treat are:

Registered Massage Therapists are educated in anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, nutrition, public health, remedial exercise, and clinical treatment. Massage Therapists in Ontario must complete a certain number of continuing education units in order to keep our knowledge and skills up-to-date.
